A while back, while we were living in Las Vegas, John had a Saturday off, so we decided to head to Mount Charleston for a mountain hike. We got in the car and heard an ad on the radio for Aviation Nation at the Nellis Airforce Base. Rhett LOVES watching the airplanes in the sky so we ditched our plans, took Ginger back in th apartment (she was not a fan of this) and drove out to Nellis Airforce Base to watch the airshow production. It was a huge success for Rhett. We stayed for a few hours until he fell asleep for his nap and then left (I was ready for my own nap as it was really my first Saturday not plagued with morning sickness bound to the couch wrapped in a blanket!)
